Happy 50th Anniversary

We are so thankful for family always being there for us. Thank you mom and dad for all the love, encouragement, support from birth until now. So glad that we are family.

Last Day of School

Every year we have all the neighborhood kids over for a ice cream on the last day of school. We had 25 kids plus parents. I didn't get pictures of all of them because I was also the hostess. We are so thankful for our neighbors.

After the party, we were ding-dong-ditched and found these treats on our door step.

Eva and Mother's Day

Everyone needs a butterfly kite flying girl. The spring wind was strong enough to make the butterfly fly. I love how Eva makes you enjoy life to the fullest every day.

For Mother's Day we took a beautiful bike ride through the country side. Everyone loved the route and loved being together. We pedaled up and down the rolling hills to see the next vista. We finished with a picnic at the park.

My favorite tree raining white petals on Eva. Just enough to make her spin and dance.

For Mother's Day, Dave got me flowers. The kids made cards for me and bought 2 Adirondack chairs which I love. I also got a Mother's necklace and the kids made oatmeal and smoothies for breakfast. On their own the kids picked out two of their favorite books about mothers to read to me and of course made me cry. What a great way to start the day.

Luke - Cub Scouts and Awana

Luke has a great Cub Scout Den. Some of his favorite friends are in Cub Scouts with him and they are always doing fun things. Here the scouts took a tour of Palermo Pizza.

Luke was a master of memorization and made it through his first year book and half of the second year book this year.
