Easy to Love

Hudson has been so easy to love.  He is smiling more and more and loves to interact.  He is sleeping well at night.  He enjoys (tolerates) all the extra hugs, kisses, paper airplane demonstrations, nerf bow and arrow hits, squeals, songs, pats, and rubs from his siblings.  He has even been taught martial arts from kick - kick -punch and beyond.  He has been doing great keeping up with the big kids taking them to and from school, going to Eva's dance class, going to an Admirals game, and going downhill skiing.

Hudson at four weeks.  Notice the shirt from Tricia, "On Auntie's Nice List."

Hudson at 5 weeks.  This outfit is borrowed from a friend whose father is an orthopedic surgeon... so that is a really smart dad.  Hudson also has his own "super smart" dad.

Hudson at 6 weeks fresh after bath.

 Hudson at 7.5 weeks.

Christmas Day

Christmas Day we went to have dinner with Dave's family.  It was so nice to see everyone.  This was the last Christmas without any cousins on this side.  Next year will be even more eventful with baby Johnson.

Jackie and Riley really excited about crib sheets.

Christmas Sledding

Luke always says his favorite season is winter.  We went to Madison to start the Christmas celebration and enjoyed their 20 inches of snow.  Luke and the family went sledding for over three hours.

Eva went over a large bump and got ejected from the sled into a triple roll and this is how she looked after.  What a tough girl!

Christmas Card 2012

We are so happy to have three children to take pictures of this year for Christmas.  It is fun to celebrate at this special time of year.

Hudson at Home

It was a joy to bring Hudson home to meet his family.  The kids showed him his room and all his toys.  He is 3 days old in these pictures.

 Four days old.
St. Nicholas night, what a great present!

Christmas Concerts and Cookies

Eva was excited to sing Christmas Bells and Away in a Manger at church with all her church friends.
Luke at the First Grade concert singing, Sing Noel, I Saw Three Ships, and Jingle Bells.
Eva and Luke make Christmas cookies at my work every year so here they are excited as usual.
Eva singing at University Lake School, Little Jack Frost, Love in Any Language, Peace Like a River, and I Saw Three Ships.  I cried during the dress rehearsal because it was so sweet.  It was fun to see her so proud.
