Sandy Beach

We spent a week at Sandy Beach again this year with my family.  It was so much fun watching the cousins have fun.  We would swim 5 times a day.  We went for a bike ride around the lake every day.  We also went disc golfing and mini golfing.  The older boys loved playing with Hudson.  Eva loved playing with the boys too, but she also enjoyed painting her toes with Tricia and sunbathing with Beth.

Happy Fourth of July

The Fourth of July is filled with so much excitement.  We went to a parade, then went to Lori's lake house, and then went to the Brookfield Fireworks with friends.  Luke and Eva got to ride a tube for the first time behind a speed boat.  We also celebrated the twins birthday.  We also went to Watertown's Sirens and Lights gathering.  All the kids still love the fire trucks and helicopters.

 I got a paddle board for my birthday so everyone got a ride on Pewaukee Lake.

Every girl likes to dress up.  It couldn't be more fun to dance at the annual dance recital.  Eva danced to "Baby Face" for ballet and "Sugar Sugar" for tap.  She had so much fun and was so excited.

Happy Anniversary

Visiting Madison is a great way to celebrate the spring, enjoy the beauty of the lakes, and be energized by the Madison vibe.  We love being together and remembering our wedding day.  We biked by Lake Mondota and even took a bike elevator at the Monona Terrace.  We went up to the observatory in the capitol and finished with a walk along the boardwalk on Lake Wingra.

It has been a great 12 years!  Can't wait to see what the next 12 hold.
