Christmas Joy

We have so much joy during the Christmas Season. The kids love all of our traditions. We first start by filling shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child. We then make gingerbread houses and the kids buy each other ornaments. Aurora has a family Christmas cookie decorating where the kids each get a box of cookies to cover in frosting and sprinkles. We also enjoy the Christmas lights at Country Springs and most of all the train. Eva and Luke will each have a concert. Eva is singing the Winter Pokey. Luke is singing, "I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas," among other songs. Eva also attended "A Christmas Carol," with Grandma and Grandpa this year.

Joy of being two

Hudson has grown so much and become such a fun brother for Luke and Eva. They can be heard laughing throughout the house, running, and playing games. He will frequently request to sing "Sugar, Sugar" with Eva while bouncing on her bed. He likes to play hide and seek with Luke. He likes to tackle daddy. Hudson can talk very well so he is like a little friend. I would be lonely without him when Luke and Eva are away at school. He is very happy and joyful. I love the "twos" so I hope to enjoy every minute.
