Firefly

Highlights of Firefly
Eva learning to ride forever no handed.
Luke doing so many wheelies that we had to go to the bike store twice. Once to rewire all the cables on his mountain bike and once to purchase a new back tire.
Collecting frogs and snakes and developing training courses.
Having the kids bike all day long.
Wonderful time with the entire extended family.

Below is a birthday present from my besties.

Covenant Harbor

What a blessing to be with family for a week of camp fun! The kids bonded with family, made new friendships, and conquered new things.

Here are a few of the things the counselors said about the kids.

Eva - Eva is so smart! She had great answers to our questions! Eva is so considerate. She has amazing input. Eva is so sweet. Eva was a dream this week. She is an amazing friend to the other girls on our team and so mature! She is such a great listener!

Luke - Luke is so nice! He is a great listener and a great part of the squad.

Hudson - Hudson is a very sweet and kind you man. He had a lot of fun on the water trampoline. Hudson is so brave. I love having Hudson on my team.

Hudson's favorite part was the waterfront and canteen.

Eva's favorite part was carpetball, friendship bracelets, team fun, session time, and the things in adventure skill. In team fun, you could play and do lots of things anywhere where there wasn't another squad. In session time there was a silly game, Bible Memory Verse (BMV), Jordan Time, and the real bible session where we learned about Moses. In adventure skill, you got to do a huge swing with a partner, go on a high ropes course, climb a tall tree with no branches, and climb a giant ladder where the steps were 5 feet apart with a partner. Also, we climbed a huge rock wall that also had a cargo net and a huge ladder on it, which I did. Then you would zipline down.
