Roatan, Honduras

Roatan was our favorite port.  We drove to a monkey farm and a beautiful beach.  We stopped at a few look outs on the way.  The islands highest point was 800 feet above see level.  It was so beautiful.  We loved being connected to nature, swimming in the warm water, being sandy, and having the breeze blow our wet hair.  The local people were so nice and welcomed us to come back anytime.

Here is Tico the monkey.  Tico even climbed onto Dave's head and made the kids laugh.

I don't know where the other 2,000 people from the ship were but they missed a perfect beach.  Luke ran right into the ocean and loved swimming around.  We didn't bring sand toys from Wisconsin so the kids made sand castles with a paper cup.

The rest of the pictures are too big of file size to fit in this blog, continue to Honduras part two.
