Jared took us on a tour around Belize City with his horse, Prince. He told us all about the history of the city, his family, and his plans to go to college on scholarship. Dave and I enjoyed learning about the region from his point of view. When we took our pictures we didn't say "cheese" we said "Belize." Many of the excursions were over 1 hour from the boat so we did not leave the city. Luke got a Belize licence plate to bring home as well as some Benedryll. (See below.)
Luke was driving prince around the city. Luke's typing... "I liked driving Prince," said Luke.We stopped at two local places for beverages on our trip.
Luke got hives from either the heat or the horse. We were able to buy some children's Benedryll at the pharmacy. We also could have picked up some narcotics or other heavy medication without a prescription.
We had to tender 5 miles from the boat. The high speed boat took 15 minutes and we cruised on top of the waves.
